Our Tech Support is a direct rival to Best Buy Geek Squad, which, we believe, offers so-so service for a so-high price. We tried to right both of those wrongs by creating our own Tech Support company. We offer superior tech support at a price much lower than Geek Squad's. Our Tech Support offers many services, including the following:

• Network setup (we'll get your new device connected to your home network, and if you don't have a network, we'll create one.)

• Software installation (we can install Windows, Microsoft Office, or any other program you throw our way.)

• Computer Tune-Ups (we'll optimize your startup applications, clear your hard drive of unnecessary junk, and suggest hardware upgrades that will improve performance.)

• Virus Removals (we'll offer one virus removal per year and additional virus removals will cost $20 per removal.)

• Software Learning (we'll teach you how to use your device's software to help you make the most out of your device.)

• Hard Drive Upgrades (we'll clone your data and put it onto a new hard drive.)

• RAM Upgrade (we'll upgrade your RAM for free to help you make the most of your existing device, but only if it's a laptop or desktop computer)

• CPU Upgrade (we'll install a newer, faster CPU into your computer free of charge, provided the CPU is upgradeable, and isn't soldered to the motherboard or part of a SoC.)

• Random questions (we can answer almost any tech-related questions you may have)

 

Please note that we will install the hardware/software for free, but we won't purchase it for you for free. i.e. you must purchase the RAM, but we can install it for you free of charge, provided you already purchased a Tech Support plan that covered your device.
